We are excited to share the outstanding results of the FVMat heat exchanger, optimized with complex cooling channels for the aerospace industry! 🤩

Manufactured using the innovative Meltio M450 metal 3D printer and designed with Meltio Stainless Steel 316L, these heat exchangers exhibit nearly isotropic properties, providing exceptional strength and durability under extreme conditions.

Additionally, Meltio’s additive manufacturing technology delivers excellent as-printed properties, often eliminating the need for post-processing!

The intricate cooling channels are a remarkable feat, as they cannot be created using traditional manufacturing methods. This heat exchanger effectively maintains optimal temperatures, significantly enhancing performance, safety, and reliability in aerospace applications. Thank you, Meltio, for making this possible!
