1. Measurement/Preparation of Bills of Quantities
2. Preparation of Tender Documents & supporting
3. Procurement/Sourcing of pricing/quotation for tender purpose
4. Contract Administration
5. Prepare and Monitoring of progress claims, variation orders and payment
6. Monitor records of all sales/tender callings
7. Contract & Project Management
8. Attend site briefing/ tender interview
