For this event space transformation, we integrated the Philips Hue Smart Lighting System with a custom-fabricated metal frame, allowing the entire atmosphere to change with just a tap. We recently transformed a retail unit into a modern and versatile event space in just 14 days, delivering a complete end-to-end solution from planning to ex*****on. By installing high heat rejection solar film, the space is now cooler and more comfortable for guests, while a fresh coat of white paint creates the perfect blank canvas for any event theme or decoration.

To elevate the ambience, we custom fabricated a metal frame and integrated it with the Philips Lighting Hue Smart, allowing the lighting to be adjusted instantly to match different moods and occasions. At the same time, we constructed a new room, re-routed the electrical system, installed new power points, and created dedicated Wi-Fi points to ensure the venue is fully equipped for modern event requirements.

Creating an unforgettable corporate gala requires a delicate balance of grand scale and meticulous detail. For this project at Marina Bay Sands, our ex*****on focused on three distinct visual anchors:

We welcomed attendees with a majestic, geometric red arch framework decorated with suspended traditional lanterns and patterned parasols. This created a highly photogenic, culturally rich first impression for guests.

The Destination Backdrop & Multi-Tiered Stage. To mirror the “World Voyage” theme, the main stage featured a custom-sketched illustration highlighting global ports of call. We opted for a crisp, elevated white multi-level stage configuration to give the live band and speakers a commanding, modern presence.
