Requirements
• Basic PC product knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive with positive mindset and working attitude
• Never give up mindset and always ready to take up new challenges
• Sales oriented and hungry for sales
• Must be able to commit to retail hours (8hours daily) including weekend and public holiday
• 6 days work week with 1 weekday off

Job Description

- Assisting customers with their purchase of various products such as laptops, desktop, and other IT gadgets.
- Provide customer service and uplift the customers’ shopping experience by overlooking the operations.
- Capable of explaining all the information about the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
- Staying updated with the latest product knowledge so as to provide customers a better insight of the products that they are purchasing.
- Implement shop merchandising, layout, and attract customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image, and ergonomics for customers.
- Responsible of the paper display of the products in the assigned store and report shop inventory and SO data.
- Builds strong professional relationships with store management and personnel.
