Finally get to taste Fort Canning Big Prawn Noodle 皇家山大虾面 at Wisma Atria! The soup is definitely thick and tasty! Have the authentic traditional prawn noodle taste. The large prawns, pork and pork skins are good too! Good to see traditional prawn noodle has a good representation!

Anyone tried this Poy Kee YTF? The noodle actually quite good with nice 葱油 taste. The YTF is not as tasty as the 永祥兴 but when you are here and 永祥兴 is closed, this Poy Kee can be a good substitute ;)

A good friend Kriss strongly recommended this Fong Ji 香茅油鸡，he claimed it is the best in Singapore ;) The verdict is it is good as the meat is smooth and the soy sauce is nicely soak into the skin and meat. The ginger oil is nicely done and not too overwhelming. A must try if you are in Sin Ming Road Block 23. 👍👍👍👍👍

Came to B23 Sin Ming Road coffee shop and tried this hai Nan Shan Wanton Mee. Traditional taste and the noodle is chewy, wanton nicely done in taste and size. Char Siew was also just right, half fat half meat. If you are around this area can drop by and try it. 👍👍👍👍

Walked passed this coffee shop and saw a queue for this 3rs generation Bukit Purmei Lor Mee. The red garoupa fish was unique as not fully fried, the meat was torn 香煎手撕，the gravy taste was just right, not overly starchy or plain. Only thing to improve was the ngoh hiang ball which I found too hard. Anyone likes this Lor Mee? Please like and tag this page to get a friend down to try.

If you are in Bukit Batok West,must come down to this Teochew Restaurant which serves typical Teochew dishes. I always have fish soup and kway chap which are my comfort food. The fish is thick and fresh with the well cooked soup which is with the strong "tie poh" taste. The liao of the kway chap mixed with duck meat, bean curb, and pork skin and meat. All well braised and must go with the chilli sauce and vinegar. Good traditional Teochew Restaurant that hope to pass down generation to generation.
