No staffs. No investors. No e-commerce experience.

Just an idea… and a belief that it could work.

I was fortunate to have Xenon Tan guide me early on.

His mentorship on eCommerce taught me how to build the store and sell, even with zero staff.

When we started SmileFam, I didn’t even know how logistics worked.

I was traveling in Nepal when I told my biz partner Brett Le Ming

“Wouldn’t it be great if our business could still run while we’re here?”

That thought became our mission, to build something that works even when we’re not around.

The first sale was $119.

We packed boxes till our hands turned blue and got paper cuts from blue packaging.

Fast forward, SmileFam became one of Singapore’s fastest-growing oral care brands.

We didn’t just slap a logo and sell.

We built a real product, our own whitening formula that’s gentle, tested, and effective.

That’s why customers trust us.

Every morning and night, someone out there uses what we built.

That’s the best feeling in the world.

Had a lunch meeting at Google today with some of our team members and a representative from Google!

Wanted to share something special that I’m preparing.

At the start of 2023, I’m going to share my experience in creating good viral story offers that have gotten in several high-ticket sales, in an authentic and genuine way.

No pushy sales tactics, no gimmicks.

I know that I haven’t caught up with you and been engaging with you often, because for the past 5 months…

Simple, just follow this 3 tips to start creating your unique content:

1: Use a Vlog style concept - Tell them a story and interact with your audience.

2: Include multiple mediums in a single post - Create photos of things you want to regram but rather than just putting text over the top; add some short point form captions underneath each photo bringing the entire thing together as one unified post.

3: Map out your audience, who they are and what their pain points are.
