🏆 We went to Ikon Women Singapore and came back with an award. But that's not the real win.
The amazing women we met? That was the real win.
Let us back up a bit.
Studio Five Corp has partnered on many events over the years. Big ones, small ones, corporate ones, community ones. But this one hit differently.
It was Mother's Day weekend. The room was filled with women entrepreneurs from all over Singapore. Some were just starting out. Others had been running their businesses for years. But here is what struck us.
No one was competing. No one was gatekeeping. Instead, they were sharing. Asking questions. Celebrating each other's wins like they were their own.
We sat down with so many of them. Over coffee, between sessions, during the photo breaks.
We heard stories about the kind of courage it takes to build something from nothing. We heard about the juggle between business, family, and life, and the quiet determination that keeps women going even when no one is watching.
And honestly? We left feeling more inspired than we have felt in a long time.
So here is our real thank you.
To the Ikon Women Singapore team, thank you for creating a space that was not just professional but genuinely human. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of something meaningful. And yes, thank you for the award. It means a lot to our team.
But mostly, thank you for reminding us why we showed up in the first place.
