今年参加 York Hotel 圣诞媒体品鉴会，主厨们的手作节庆料理真的让我惊喜！整体口味清爽、不咸不油腻，非常容易入口。
尤其是 火腿配砂劳越黄莉酱，香气独特、甜度平衡，是我当天最意外的亮点。
蘑菇汤浓郁好喝，温暖又顺口；
龙虾派更是必须推荐！饼皮薄而酥脆，不会有厚重奶油味，内馅是满满的龙虾肉，鲜甜又实在，绝对物超所值，非常值得预订！
难得在年末再度参加媒体活动，也与新旧朋友提前感受节日的温度，边聊天边试吃，非常愉快。

It was lovely attending York Hotel’s Christmas Media Preview, and the chefs’ handcrafted festive creations truly impressed me. The flavours were light, not salty, not oily, and very easy to enjoy.
The gammon ham with Sarawak pineapple sauce stood out with its unique, well-balanced sweetness.
The Porcini Mushroom Soup was rich and comforting, while the Slipper Lobster Pie became my personal favourite — thin, crispy pastry, no overwhelming buttery taste, and generously filled with sweet, fresh lobster pieces. Absolutely worth ordering.
As the year draws to a close, gatherings filled with warmth, good conversations, and festive food always feel extra special. York Hotel brings this spirit to life with a thoughtfully crafted takeaway menu, perfect for cosy celebrations at home or with colleagues.
