ENCOURAGEMENT — The one word that stood out for me at the Rapha Women’s 100 this year. Rapha Singapore Rapha Women

This was my 4th time riding the Rapha W100 but ngl my most underprepared one (amidst wedding & house prep). Still, I had the privilege of leading the final pack together with the Sarah Swee & with exceptional riders Jolene Ng c a y 🎧 Lydia danielle and YES WE ALL COMPLETED THE 100km 🔥

There were many moments during the ride where I felt like the heat was killing me (it was damn hot ytd okay!), my legs were burning, body aching but I kept going because we had each other and I knew we can count on each other to complete the 100km TOGETHER. 🤭

So I just want to encourage all you women out there who had/have doubts to not be afraid to push through your fears in whatever season you may be going through. When we have one another, the ride is truly beautiful & I pray you get to see it through my lens (in Good time).

I found myself being introspective and deeply ruminating about this concept of FREEDOM over the weekend.

Freedom; choosing your own path. Freedom; a settled, non-anxious life.. We can tell a great deal about someone’s freedom — whether one does the work that gets noticed or the work that needs to be done (even unnoticed). Freedom is to belong, with nothing left to prove. Freedom is having a new heart that desires transformation, becoming a life that we yearn to live out.

The world is not first persuaded by our arguments, but by our ordinary integrity; honesty at work, unhurried, content and dependable self…

This is my version of freedom, what’s yours?
