We partnered with to enhance the visibility of key campus touchpoints through environmental branding, helping important spaces such as the Oculus become more clearly identified, recognisable, and easier to navigate.

Facility branding plays a quiet but powerful role in shaping how an institution is experienced. Beyond aesthetics, it helps to:

Through a series of environmental branding applications — from door stickers around the Faculty Office and banners to a refreshed treatment of the Oculus — key spaces were given stronger visibility and a more distinct sense of identity, turning the environment into a catalyst for recognition, connection, and belonging. 🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻

New look, same belief: raise them right, and the goodness speaks. 🐣

We’re happy to see Sakura Chicken by on shelves with its brand new packaging—clearer to shop, easier to trust, and unmistakably Sakura. 🌸 At the heart of it is a refreshed logo concept—pink Sakura petals paired with a chicken beak in an eye-catching yellow accent, as well as clean, confident Sakura Chicken typography that holds up across every pack format and application.

Across every pack, we applied an oversized Sakura petal as the key visual—an own-able cue of freshness that ties the whole range together.

And yes—we introduced a chicken mascot too: Kai! 🐥

A small detail we love: Kai’s heart-shaped comb It’s a visual shorthand for care and dedication—towards producing food that’s better for people, and kinder to the environment! 🌍

Sakura Chicken has always been about doing the basics exceptionally well—raising chickens the right way, so “good” feels a little magical. ConceptLab translated Sakura Chicken’s promise of wellness, care, and sustainability into a cohesive brand identity system built for shelf clarity and everyday trust: from the Sakura pink cue of freshness to a warm, farmer-forward voice. 🌿

When two of Singapore’s most experienced diagnostics laboratories — Angsana Molecular & Diagnostics and Pathnova — came together, forming a new entity and vision: to deliver targeted, transformative diagnostics built for the realities of Asia’s evolving healthcare landscape.🔬

We were tasked with capturing that ambition — in a corporate identity that could carry the weight of science, precision, and hope. Inspired by the archerfish’s ability to strike with pinpoint accuracy, the corporate identity combines visual elements from genomic data, mitosis, and directional movement — symbolising clarity, progress, and the transformative power of precision medicine. The final brandmark forms both an arrowhead and a stylised “A,” capturing the brand’s mission in a single, intelligent visual gesture. 🧪

Where precision begins with curiosity — swipe through and see how meaning takes shape in unexpected ways. 🫧
