Wedding photographers might hate this… until they realise what it can do. 👀

Imagine seeing your wedding shoot before it happens.

Try different locations.
- Test poses.
- Swap gowns and suits.
- Explore makeup and styling.

Preview the mood, angles and shots before spending a dollar on the real shoot.

And if the weather fails, time runs out, or you miss that one dream shot?

AI can help fill the creative gap.

This isn’t about destroying wedding photography.

It’s about giving couples and professionals a superpower: see it first, then create it for real. - https://bit.ly/4hE5lKp

Before registering a company in Singapore, how many of these questions can you answer confidently?

☑ Why do we need a Singapore entity?
☑ Who are our first customers?
☑ What will we sell?
☑ Who signs contracts and receives revenue?
☑ What structure best fits the plan?
☑ Do we require licences or permits?
☑ Will we sell directly or through partners?
☑ Who handles importing and inventory?
☑ What local staffing do we actually need?
☑ What does the first 12 months of operating cash flow look like?
☑ What happens if a licence, hire or channel partner is delayed?

If several answers are still unclear, incorporation may be getting ahead of the commercial plan.

Our latest SVG Insight provides a practical pre-incorporation readiness check for businesses considering Singapore.

A useful read for anyone assessing Singapore as a new market, regional base or next stage of expansion.

Thinking of setting up a company in Singapore?

Before asking “How quickly can we incorporate?”, there may be a more important question:

“What exactly do we need the Singapore company to do?”

Will it sell directly to customers?
Employ a local team?
Sign contracts?
Import products?
Hold stock?
Work through distributors?
Support Singapore — or a wider Southeast Asian operation?

These decisions can shape everything that follows, from company structure and licensing to staffing, tax, cash flow and your route to market.

In our latest SVG Singapore Market Entry Insight, we look at the questions businesses should work through before incorporation rather than after it.

Because registering a company creates a legal entity.

It doesn’t automatically create a viable operating model.

Exploring a new market is rarely about finding one perfect answer.

It’s about asking better questions.

Who is the real customer?

What problem are they trying to solve?

How are they solving it today?

What would persuade them to change?

Who controls the budget?

Which partners genuinely add value?

And what evidence would justify taking the next step?

A business market visit can help answer these questions — but only when it is planned and interpreted carefully.

Our latest SVG Industry Insight looks at how companies can structure market visits around learning, evidence and decision-making, rather than simply filling the calendar with meetings.

If you’re exploring a new market or considering your next stage of international expansion, we hope you find it useful.

INTEREST ≠ INTENT

And when exploring a new market, knowing the difference matters.

A potential customer saying “this is interesting” is encouraging.

But it isn’t the same as:

Interest → Intent → Budget → Approval → Contract → Repeatable Demand

Each step requires stronger evidence.

That’s why a successful market visit should go beyond collecting positive feedback.

Look for actions.

Did they introduce you to the decision-maker?
Did they explain their procurement process?
Did they share technical requirements?
Did they agree to test the product?
Did a potential partner commit to a specific next step?

Our latest SVG Industry Insight explores how businesses can approach market visits more critically — and use what they learn to make better decisions about market entry and expansion.

Don’t just ask: “Did the meetings go well?”

Ask: “What did we actually learn?”

🚨 PHISHING / CYBERCRIME ALERT — Singapore corporate filing scam

I received a phishing email titled “Notice Regarding Fines for Overdue Corporate Filings”, pretending to be a “Late Filing Penalty Notice” and claiming to come from a “Tax Audit and Investigation Department.”

The email infrastructure identifies:

Sender domain: zgzzs[.]net
Phishing destination: mup4zq[.]lwrwjs[.]com/2026-sg-tax-act[.]html

The email even passed SPF and DKIM because the sender had properly authorised its own malicious sending infrastructure. SPF/DKIM passing does not mean an email is legitimate — it only confirms that the domain owner authorised the transmission.

I am also reporting the suspected phishing domain:

zf17rhq178[.]com

Current registration records list https://bit.ly/4xgarSU Pte. Ltd. as its registrar, IANA ID 1923, with abuse contact [email protected]. The domain was registered on 15 October 2025 and updated on 26 August 2026.

https://bit.ly/4xgarSU Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore company. I am calling on Gname to urgently investigate this domain, preserve the associated registration/account records and relevant logs, suspend the domain if abuse is confirmed, and cooperate fully with the Singapore authorities.

Under ICANN's Registration Data Policy, accredited registrars are required to collect registrant information including the registrant's name, street address, city, country, phone number and email address. Some of that information may be hidden from the public, but lawful disclosure mechanisms exist for non-public registration data.

I am referring this matter to the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Police Force and SingCERT for investigation.

I would particularly ask the authorities to ensure that relevant registration, account, payment and access records are preserved before they can be deleted or altered.

This is not just spam. Fake government/tax penalty notices designed to pressure recipients into clicking external links are a serious phishing threat.

Domains should be treated as indicators of compromise:

**Sticker replacement may look like a small maintenance job — until it keeps happening across an entire facility.**

For stainless steel signs, nameplates and identification panels, traditional vinyl applications can eventually become scratched, damaged or difficult to remove cleanly. Repeated replacement can also leave adhesive residue and increase maintenance work.

**Direct UV printing offers another approach.**

Graphics are printed directly onto the stainless steel surface, creating a clean and professional finish without applying a separate vinyl layer.

This makes it suitable for applications such as:

• Equipment and machinery identification
• Safety and instruction plates
• Building directory systems
• Asset and facility signage
• Corporate nameplates
• Custom branded stainless steel panels

For businesses managing multiple signs or repeated replacements, choosing the right production method at the start can help reduce unnecessary rework later.

We provide **custom UV printing on stainless steel in Singapore**, with different sizes, layouts and applications available according to project requirements.
