SLEB Smart Hub is a centralised national database of green technology which strives to achieve energy efficiency in buildings across Singapore.

In 2019, we were assigned the task of revamping their website to ensure more effective communication with users. We implemented a trendy, clean style and a more direct content structure.

SLEB Smart Hub is now an easy-to-navigate touchpoint for the target audience which includes building owners, researchers, technology developers and policymakers. Here are other improvements we successfully incorporated:

- Established a compelling look and feel that aligned with the brand identity

- Crafted the industry-standard tone of voice

- Introduced infographics to represent information for optimising conversion rate

Kitchen Hands is a meal kit service that prioritises simple, nutritious and fresh food. They deliver pre-prepared ingredients for restaurant-quality dishes to your doorstep, according to your personal meal requests.

We were commissioned to design a website to provide a great user experience that improved their conversion rate. Here's what we accomplished:

- Designed the website with a simple & straightforward layout to present their meal kit plan
- Featured a clear production process to ensure transparency for a safer customer experience
- Developed custom post types for them to manage their weekly and festive meal kits
- Implemented a discount pop-up feature in their newsletter to promote subscriptions

Yachtly is an affordable yacht rentals platform known for providing fast, user-friendly service.

We designed a fresh and more accessible website to help Yachtly increase its non-assisted bookings. Here's what we accomplished:

- Users can make a booking in under 10 minutes.

- Rebranded with a fresh and vibrant look while maintaining a hint of elegant and cheerful sentiment traditionally associated with sailing

- Custom illustrations were introduced to highlight the platform as modern, convenient and tech-driven

SafetyCare has been in the business of providing affordable and dependable safety products for six years.

We were assigned to improve access to information for visitors to their website.

Here’s what we accomplished:

- Created a product comparison feature
- Introduced a search and filter feature
- Built all e-commerce necessities
- Designed easier navigation for product categories
- Crafted a custom requirements section to ease buyer communication
- Created a wish list feature to bookmark and encourage future purchases

We’re extremely proud to announce the launch of our brand new website - jin-design.com.

For the past three months, we’ve been hard at work re-designing and developing it, combining sharp copy, a simple layout, and beautiful illustrations and animations to communicate our value and services.

We aren’t sure if it’s perfect, award-worthy or out of this world. What we know is we’re simply happy with the strong collective effort by JIN and The Visual Team. Because what are great milestones without the teamwork that made them possible?

As it is with design, the website you’re looking at wasn’t our Version 1. It’s our Version 7. Yes, it took us six iterations before we finally arrived at the current shape and form. Was it worth it? Yes, it was.

Which again reminds us of what we do at JIN, and what we’ll always continue to do: never stop exploring.

The Visual Team has been experimenting different animations with JIN's logo. This week, it's game-themed!

One of our visual team members created a mystical pixel logo. He added highlights and shadows to create more depth as well.

If JIN ever designs a game, it’ll probably look something like this. Who knows? 🎮
