A little peek behind the curtain at the Mapletree Staff Communication Townhall.
Two sessions, two auditoriums, a global online audience, a fair bit of kit, and plenty of cable pretending to be well behaved.
We supported the hybrid production at Mapletree Business City Auditorium, with in-room attendees and around 2,000+ online viewers joining across different countries and time zones.
The webcast included individual attendee logins, live moderated Q&A, bonded internet with multiple uplinks, and video-on-demand access for teams who could not join live.
Not just “put a camera at the back and hope for the best.” Rather more grown-up than that.
