This time, the event returned bigger and better than ever, expanding to over 80,000 sq ft at Singapore Expo Hall 4A & 4B and cementing its place as one of the largest beauty fairs in Singapore.

From exciting beauty brands and exclusive promotions to immersive shopping experiences and live activities, Mega Beauty once again brought together beauty enthusiasts, industry partners, and leading brands under one roof.

Taking our booth setup across borders 🌏👶

Gravity Events was glad to support the booth setup for Big Baby Expo at Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru!

This marks another exciting opportunity for us to bring our event and exhibition work beyond Singapore, helping brands create spaces that are ready to welcome parents, families, and visitors throughout the expo.

From product display areas to booth structures, our team worked behind the scenes to ensure the setup was smooth, presentable, and ready for the crowd.

Oh yes! Not to forget, earlier this year we had the opportunity to design and set up booths for the Mega Beauty Fair, working with brands such as Fan Beauty Diary, D**g Feng, Seiko, Eclacell, and Kalei's Grocery Mart — alongside the setup of the event’s main stage.

From brand showcases to large-scale event infrastructure, it was a rewarding experience bringing each space to life.

Last Weekend, the 2 Days of TechMaster brought the energy up a notch 🔥 With fast-paced rounds, sharp thinking, and strong competition throughout the night.

We had the opportunity to support “Unlock the Drive” by Cycle & Carriage (28–29 March), where the focus was on creating a seamless and engaging test drive experience for visitors.

From on-ground coordination to overall operations, our role was to ensure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes — allowing guests to focus on what mattered most: the drive.

Unlike traditional exhibition setups, events like these demand precision, timing, and strong coordination across multiple touchpoints.
