Today, we welcome a brand-new recruit to the GERMIE squad.

Introducing Cadet Range Ranga Danga , our Mental Wellness Manager.

Part listener, part therapist, part emotional support cadet.

Tasked with hearing out Account Servicing’s cost estimate rants, deciphering the mysterious language of data and spreadsheets, and jumping around with excitement in the brainstorm room whenever a creative idea is born and the room erupts into a unanimous “AYE!”

But above all, this role carries the most important mission of all: making the rounds to check in on everyone’s mental well-being, serving as a pillar of support, and dispensing unlimited free hugs whenever needed 🤍

www.germs.sg - GERMS new website quietly went live at the end of last year. Built in between deadlines, pitches, production madness, and occasional existential questioning about what the world is becoming. You can feel the meta modern vibe of all over the place at once 😅

Unaturally, it’s A.I.-powered. Paying tributes to some of pop culture’s finest. Naturally, we kept the pages short because nobody reads anymore.

But here’s the fun part- the website changes. Revisit it and chances are, your experience won’t be quite the same twice. Let’s just say it is so shallow, its deep.

Also featuring ELLA, our front desk receptionist who:
• never ask for Boba tea
• never takes leave (sometimes we gave her some time when needed)
• never asks for increment

Culture post! We already know that GERMIES is a group of misfits coming together to create great work. When our paths crossed, we exchanged beliefs, values, and ideas! As we are all creatures of our own hobby and to keep GERMIES minds open to new ideas, we dived into possible hobby induction.

Here’s the rule: Just register your interest and turn up on the day, company will take care of everything else. Of course, this is not compulsory. Any GERMIE can sign up for these activities and knock off mid-day to participate in them.

Previously, we had aerial yoga, bouldering, and today we have pottery class! Seems like pottery is a rather popular bonding activity. It’s over-subscribed, so we opened another class for it. Heard the next one is DJing or pet grooming class. Any ideas? Stay tuned!

After two years off the circuit, GERMS is back, and we’re grateful to return with two Golds for Markies 2026! One for UOB and another for SG Enable. Both are campaigns for good. We can’t be more thankful 🙏🏻 The past two years were spent rebuilding from the inside out. Rethinking structure, sharpening culture, refining how we think and make. A lot of the work was invisible but necessary. Discipline. Conviction. Bar raised, and met.

Thank you to every GERMIE for your resilience, your craft, and your belief in doing things properly. Thank you to our clients and partners who stayed the course and trusted the process through change. We don’t take any of this lightly. This is a marker, not a destination. We’re just getting started and looking forward to pushing for work that’s sharper, braver, and better in every way.
