Job Description:
You must possess a deep passion for digital marketing and well-versed in media buy, enjoy the thrills of brainstorming and ideation, and bringing results to clients. You play the role of an ad executor, and are able to translate strategies and concepts into conversions. You enjoy running the day-to-day media buy management and work independently with cross functional team members. At the frontline, you execute with authority and manage your clients with sincerity.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high performing media buys (Social Media Accounts, Google Ad, etc), and conceptualising for client’s campaigns to meet the return on ad spend (ROAS)
Ensure effectiveness of campaigns through well thought out campaign strategies and target audience planning
Responsible for the overall ad performance
Optimise performance metrics of campaigns through analysis of campaign statistics and ex*****on of new and innovative campaign ideas
Spearhead new media buying platforms and channels
Develop media buying strategies to facilitate the media buying process
Evaluate the performance of clients’ social media pages and Google ads constantly, and provide insightful actionable evaluation reports with recommendations backed by data through quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ensure a positive user experience from advertisements to provide the best experience for consumers
Recognise and troubleshoot issues and problems encountered in media buying processes
Creating and copywriting advertising assets in the form of copy, video and images
Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Management
Our Requirements:
Spearhead new media buying platforms and channels
Highly experienced in digital marketing management from ad buying to strategy planning and ad content creation
Excellent command of English, highly articulative and has a flair in creative writing
Understand the importance of 2-way communication in the online world, bringing exceptional consumer user experiences on social media platforms
Experienced and strong analytical skills in social media analysis, monitoring and measurements, mining data with tools and platforms to influence and strategise
Deep understanding of social media platforms, landscapes, technologies and trends, being the key lead to advise agency and always stay ahead of the curve in social media
Possess excellent project management skills that involves multiple stakeholders
Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate strategies/concepts to both clients and internal team members
Good knowledge of Google Analytics
Demonstrate pro-activeness, a good team player
Able to function independently with leadership skills
Minimum 1-2 years’ of experience in ad buys
Proven portfolio in managing ad is a must
Minimum diploma/degree in marketing, business or related field
