Since joining the real estate industry in 2006, the Management has seen a significant change in Clement from a mediocre agent handling real estate transactions to an effective consultant who is able to provide advices and strategies to his clients. This change allows Clement to top the list every quarter out of his 9,500 company agents in terms of service and sales revenue. All these can be achieved because Clement took the extra mile to understand each of his clients’ profile in depth, and offer customised proposals for their consideration. Accomplishments
