Looking for a SKILLED (1-2 years experience) and responsible VIDEO EDITOR who has good storytelling skills and can work independently on corporate videos and short films / trailers.
Advantage if you can handle both 3D animation and editing.
Key Job Responsibilities
> Initiate and liaise with client accounts on follow-up video edit and changes
> Manage multiple projects simultaneously, responsible for staying on track and
working to tight deadlines.
> Manage video workflow, deadlines and project schedule to
ensure deadlines are met.
> Edit videos of varying lengths for different digital, commercial and TV usage
> Proactive problem solver, with ability to respond to creative directional changes and
quick turnarounds.
> Determine the specific audio and visual effects and music necessary to complete
movie trailers.
> Ensure audio output levels of all videos meets broadcast standard and
requirements.
> Export, compress and re-format video files.
> Performs associated studio production work such as operating audio, cameras and
lighting sets.
> Log and edit videos such as commercial, interviews and events.
> Constant eye to process improvement, ways to streamline workflow and attention to
detail.
> Ensure all video assets are stored, archived and maintained to maximize efficiency
and ease of access to everyone in the business and ensure that sufficient resources
exist to allow for new projects.
> Accurately prepare and generate video subtitles
You should possess Proficiency in:
-Adobe Premiere Pro
-Adobe After Effects
-3D Knowledge
-Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
