I used to think simple things like bookkeeping and note organization were a waste of time…
But I was SO wrong.
Here’s why…
I always believed that sales and marketing were the only things an agency owner should focus on.
So I’d leave admin tasks for later…
But later never came.
And as my agency grew, I realized lessons from one project were scattered in random docs… and I had no system to reference them.
So instead of building on past insights…
I kept making the same mistakes and relearning what I already knew.
That’s when it hit me:
Organizing notes wasn’t just a simple thing, it was a way to build my Intellectual Property to propel my agency faster and create growth opportunities like content creation, coaching other agency owners, etc.
So here’s my biggest takeaway:
The small, ‘non-urgent’ tasks you ignore now might be the ones holding you back from your fullest potential later.
