We started as a small team from this little red dot, from humble beginnings…

That Singaporean spirit still shapes how we work - bravely, efficiently and responsibly.

Our ability to work across cultures have helped build law firm brands in Asia and beyond.

We are proud to be a Singaporean company. Proud of where we started, and proud of how far that start has taken us.

Happy National Day, Singapore.

A client's first impression of you is no longer made across a conference table. It is often made online, on LinkedIn, often weeks before any formal contact.

The lawyers who understand this are not waiting to be discovered. They are making deliberate choices about how they present themselves, what they publish, and who they are visible to.

In Singapore's legal market, that deliberateness is increasingly what separates the firms winning mandates from the ones waiting for referrals.

Is your personal brand working for you or are you leaving that impression to chance?

Chambers and Partners found that 57% of US in-house counsel and 53% of UK in-house counsel use legal directories specifically to assess a firm's expertise when entering an unfamiliar jurisdiction. That is the exact scenario cross-border referral work depends on: a buyer with no existing relationship to the firm, evaluating credibility before first contact.

Directories are built on referee interviews and independent research, not on what a firm publishes about itself. As AI tools increasingly shape how buyers search, that independently verified signal carries weight that a generic search result cannot replicate.

For firms in Singapore and Southeast Asia targeting cross-border instruction, legal directories submissions is a process not to be skipped or taken lightly.

Many law firms in Asia are using AI. Very few have decided who is responsible for it.

That gap is not a technology problem. It is a leadership problem and it sits on the Managing Partner’s desk.

AI governance does not require a managing partner to become a technology expert. It requires three simple decisions.

Swipe through to see what they are.

AI has made it easier to publish. It has made it harder to be distinctive.

Most law firm content today is produced faster, in higher volume, and with less human input than ever before. The result: most firms sound the same.

The firms cutting through use AI for speed and scale — and human expertise for voice, judgment, and credibility.

From 20 July 2026, organisations must tell consumers when their personal data is used to train generative AI.

For law firms and their clients handling personal data, this is a compliance gap worth closing before it becomes a liability.

Swipe through for the key points.

Singapore’s Ministry of Law has produced a guide on how to practically apply generative AI in legal practice, and this is what responsible adoption looks like when it moves off the page and into daily operations: oversight levels set by risk, confidentiality controls matched to the tool being used, disclosure built into client letters, clear ownership assigned within the firm, and a fixed cycle for review.

Two in three Singapore lawyers now use generative AI in their work. Less than a third trust it to produce a reliable legal research answer.

That gap matters more than the adoption number. Watch the video below to look at where that trust gap sits today and what it means for firms operating in Singapore's legal sector.
