Join our team as – IT Support Engineer (Part-Time)

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques and having knowledge of using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) or Team Viewer.

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT operation support and co-ordinate IT related activities
- Perform PC software break-fix and IMAC according to clients’ standards
- Manage and answer End User phone for IT related enquiries
- Provide mobile device (Android and IOS) operation and connection support
- Interlock & co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for service maintenance
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Knowledge of WiFi setting
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Fluent in spoken & written English

Responsibilities

- Assist in the updating, extracting and uploading of database for marketing purposes;
- Perform queries and list pulls for marketing campaigns;
- Report on campaign performance, effectiveness, and growth;
- Produce quantitative reports/presentations and communicate on findings;

1. Manage the daily operations of the Contact Centre to ensure smooth operations.
2. Conduct periodic reviews to existing procedures and develop strategies for improvement.
3. Implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
4. Analyze various KPIs and report results to various stakeholders regularly to ensure that service levels are met.
5. Oversees the reporting team to review and draw data insights on internal and external Contact Centre performance reports.

- Provide hotline & email support on health-related issues in a call centre environment
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails pertaining to the enquiries if required

- Possess a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board. Experience in community nursing will be an advantage
- Quit smoking consultant certified is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be patient and possess strong empathy characteristics
- Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute marketing plans for new product and services offered by the company and its subsidiaries;
- Develop compelling content and communication strategies to create brand awareness and increase sales;
- Manage the digital frontage of the company (Website and social media platforms);
- Liaise and manage third-party vendors to develop marketing and communication collaterals;
- Liaise and manage business partners to execute marketing plans; and

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in marketing with at least 1 year of marketing experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role;
- Basic creative/designing skills are a must.
- A basic understanding of social media advertising will be a plus.
