We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales specialist who has worked in the printing industry and is familiar with custom box packaging.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the candidate will coordinate with the Senior Management team to develop, coordinate, monitor, and report key marketing and sales metrics against set goals.
The main focus is to administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services
- Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets, and or new products into new markets
- Manage and execute the brand image of the company
- Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs
- Manage, and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan
- Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers
- Organize and support sales and marketing reporting

As an administrator, you could be follow up on project tasks, prepare documents for delivery, respond to business inquiries & emails, draw up quotations and provide customer service.
You are likely to be processing lots of information using a computer, so you’ll need strong Microsoft & Account knowledge. Excellent communication skills as a bonus, to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Graphics Designers/Artists (Printing Company)

Job Description

Design graphics for use in media products such as boxes, packaging. Typical activities include: liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget. managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.

As a print designer, you will collaborate with the creative team, create digital graphic design mockups. and oversee the final printing process.

To ensure success as a print designer, you should have a good understanding of color calibration and technical printing standards. A skilled print designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Job Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Rapid Press is an established commercial printing company, specializing in offset and silkscreen printing, particularly for the packaging industry. We are looking for experienced Die Cutter Machine Operator.

Salary: $1,500 to $3000 /month
(Permanent, Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

- Sets up and operates press to cut & emboss paper stock, such as labels or stationery: Installs and locks embossed plate in the chase and locks chase in the bed of the press.

- Mixes embossing composition to puttylike consistency spreads glue on the platen and applies thin pad of composition over the glue.

- Makes an impression of embossing to the desired depth in composition on the platen, trims off excess, and allows the composition to harden.

- Scrapes high spots on the counter die to prevent it from puncturing paper.

- Starts press, sets sheets singly in gauge pins, and embosses them, removing and stacking them as embossed.

- To Die cut paper follow instruction
