Recently, while introducing 🎥 short-form video storyboarding in Yap, we tried a simple exercise with teachers in Micronesia.

They sketched their storyboards on paper, took a photo, and asked ChatGPT to turn those ideas into pencil-style illustrations.

What surprised them most wasn’t the AI output 🤭 — it was how much clearer their storytelling became before filming even started.

Sometimes, AI isn’t about doing the work for you.
It’s about helping you see your ideas more clearly. ✌🏼

🎨 Building creative skills in Micronesia! 🇫🇲✨

Earlier this year (Feb-Apr 2025), Charmaine Lee visited Micronesia for Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Validation in Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).

The past 5 weeks (38 days), she was in Micronesia to rollout a 20-day Master Training of Trainers program funded by under Skills and Employability Enhancement Project (SEE Project), implemented by National Department of Education (NDOE) in FSM — with an amazing training venue thanks to 🌍

👩‍🏫 Teachers from all 4 states led a Day 9 Graphic Design teach-back session that wowed everyone from DOE & NDOE!

💡 From Day 10, the teachers explored Social Media Content Creation — learning to map out the Buyer Journey and apply design principles to create powerful, purposeful social media content.

We’re so excited to see the creative program launch in FSM high schools — and we're working on being back summer 2026 for more training sessions with the teachers!
