Adios 115KG, you’ve been good to us!

As a studio that helps brands be Future-proof *wink*, it’s only natural we move with the times. More time across cities and time zones showed us that our best work was never really about the four walls — it was always about the people, the connections, and what we build together. A co-working space just made sense.

So here we are.

We don’t get sentimental alot. But how can we not?

It’s been 8 years since we moved into 115KG. Somewhere along the way it became more than just a workspace. It held the people, the ideas, every high and every “we’ll figure it out.” It saw us through all of it.

This one’s for everyone who’s been part of FP and made it what it is today.

ps. We are just moving out.

From the archive — freshly unearthed during our studio move.

Brand Guide: Singapore Edition.

A printed document of craft, grit and imagination — chronicling 17 homegrown brands that helped define a golden age of design in Singapore, told through interviews, insights and behind-the-scenes stories that reveal how ideas become identity. It also doubled as an insider companion to a Singapore once overlooked for cool — mapping design-led shops, makers, hangouts and hospitality that now sit on the global design map.

We found copies while packing for the office move.
No reprint planned.

Limited. Tangible. Alive.

MAKAN is a Singaporean restaurant designed for Mexico — not by leaning on clichés, but by translating culture. The identity draws from everyday life in both places: markets, signage, tiles, patterns, everyday tableware. Shared visual signals become entry points, so the brand feels familiar in Mexico while staying distinctly Singaporean. Singapore, spoken with a Mexican accent.

SHOWING UP is back for a second season. The topic of interest this season is PUNCHING ABOVE YOUR WEIGHT

“Pain is temporary” says John Lim, the founder of The Humid House, one of the most creative and inspiring botanical studios in the region. We are really thrilled to be talking to John, a former architect who has worked with the renowned OMA before branching into his own botanical design practice. John questions our burning questions and shares with us the behind the story of all the beautiful botanical designs.

INTERNVIEW was originally an idea conceived to be a printed output produced by the interns at the Foreign Policy Summer School as a final semester project. Things changed and we decided to turn this into a video piece where the interns who attended the Foreign Policy Summer School would be able to share insights, wisdom as well as light-hearted trivial of the studio.

Our third episode features Mun Yee , a linguistics student and multilingual, who grinds hard and grinds coffee beans in the studio.
