Friends! Please join Maureen and Jeremy at our very first collab event with .sg. If you didn’t already know, we’re huge fans of Elemis. Not just because of the amazing skin care products but also for the values of LOVE that it embraces.

We’ll be launching our Christmas treats at the event and you’ll get to sample them as well as enjoy your favourite kueh kueh. We’re truly honoured to collaborate with Shake Shack for Singapore’s first local burger. Created by the Shake Shack culinary team, the signature Shack Burger is adorned with a sumptuous fried egg, crispy onion rings, thin cucumber slices and then crowned with a delicate spicy sambal mayo. Made with an exclusive sambal blend by yours truly.

Suan Pan Zi are yam dumplings made in the shape of abacus seeds, stir-fried with minced pork, mushrooms, woods ear fungus, cuttlefish and dried shrimps. This Hakka dish is eaten during the Chinese New Year to bring in abundance and blessings all year round. It reminds us to count our blessings and be grateful for the health and family we enjoy. ⠀

Ngoh Hiang, aka the five spice meat roll is usually made with pork, prawn, water chestnuts and even yam and bamboo shoots, wrapped in crispy beancurd skin, steamed and deep fried. This traditional Hokkien and Teochew dish is a popular snack with many families especially during the Chinese New Year. ⠀

Radish cake, or more widely known as 'loh bak gou' is eaten during the lunar new year to signify prosperity and good fortune. Although available all year round, it is customary to eat this on the first day of Chinese New Year. ⠀
