WHY WOULD I CHOOSE YOU❓

Businesses, especially in highly competitive markets, strive to find a point of differentiation to make them stand out from the clutter and draw their potential customers' attention.

I see that they usually would focus on product or service attributes. It is a good starting point but often limited by either its technical characteristics that don't allow any further changes or poor ex*****on.

I'm sure you would want them to think: "Wow, this is what I was looking for!"

Working with startups, I learned that one of the biggest questions founders ask themselves is who are the people or companies to whom they could offer their product. (And sometimes, they don't see this as a relevant question at all)

They start developing a product or idea because they think it is good without knowing whom they will offer it to.

Not being clear on your target audience brings obstacles to your success:
❓How to develop the product to best address the market's needs

❓How to define the potential of your business

❓How to shape communication to reach and convert those people

❓Could there be more target audiences

❗️ It is more challenging to convince investors that your product is a relevant solution.

Having an idea or a product and being enthusiastic about it is just a start. The critical step is to know the people who would most likely want to buy your product and to get to know them very well.

That enables you to add the attributes to your product already in the development phase and make it more appealing to that specific group of people. Not defining it as early as possible will only cause more market friction and lower outcome.

My hairdresser knows I'm not too fond of small talk while my hair mask is doing wonders with my hair. I like those 15 minutes for myself. He would typically offer me a magazine and respectfully leave the room or start tidying up his gadgets on the other side of the salon.

So, I got myself a Vogue in my hands, and it struck me. I was a bit shocked, not expecting to see disturbing photos, especially not on the cover of a famous fashion magazine. After a couple of seconds, I started to feel appreciation and relief. I don' know the lady's story, but I assume she's been through hell, physically and emotionally.

Thank you, Vogue, for showing real beauty and that we are not all shiny fake images. We are genuine people, different people in all manners, not just in the colour of our eyes, hair or skin, but souls.

There are attempts to include not-picture-perfect-body-or-face people in the fashion campaigns, like bigger women or girls with down syndrome.

Could the fashion industry show that a perfect body is not a prerequisite for happiness and, with its strong power to impact young people, help them really believe that?

I warmly welcome the inclusion of diversity, especially in industries where images are a key tool for selling products (or better dreams).

Can we do more of that?

It is challenging to keep a relevant position in the market in a fast-changing environment.

How to embrace changes and make them work for you?
⏩ 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲.

I get often asked what brand strategy is❓

✅ It is the company's internal guide to who you are, where you want to go, whom you serve, and how you help people overcome a specific problem by offering value in your unique way. It is a cornerstone of your business.

✅ On the outside, it manifests through your appearance, visually and verbally, which through authenticity attracts potential customers.

I like to compare it to the roots of a tree that are invisible but decisive for its growth. It determines the look, how tall it will grow, and the quality of its fruit. Since it is hidden from view, it is no less critical.

➡️ On the one hand, it takes strong roots to survive in unfriendly conditions, and it takes power to withstand difficult circumstances, like soil quality, lousy weather and animals attacks.

➡️ On the other, it is reaching for the sun to bloom even more beautifully and attract bees with a sweet scent.

⭐️ The tougher the environment, the stronger its routes, and the more resilient it grows. The more beautiful in appearance, the more attractive it is to its visitors.⭐️

Be flexible to adjust to the fast-changing environment and solid enough to keep on your feet when the winds of change strike.💯

✅ It can induce physical changes in your body
✅ It stimulates many organs
✅ It activates and relieves your stress response
✅ It soothes tension

👉 You don't need much to pull some facial muscles up 😀
👉 It takes you a few minutes or even less to tell a good joke 😀

I am happy I can be a bit goofy myself from time to time.
Even more grateful to be surrounded by people who can be the same.
