In 2017 I was a broke and lonely 17 yo kid who was ashamed to ask his mom for cash every single time.. I would count the 4 euros I had for food 3 times before ordering my meal. Lower-middle class family that could only offer me love and support but nothing more. โฃ

I started looking out for opportunities to make some money.. So I joined a MLM, doing Door-to-Door sales that, wellโฆ taught me how to network with people, but my pockets were still empty.. So I started bussing tables at a hotel to earn my living. I was earning 350 eur/month. I invested everything into my business but failed again.โฃ

I had nothing but the genuine hunger to rise above my circumstances. โฃ

Now, 4 years later, Iโve taken my ecommerce business to $4Mil in sales and Iโve been blessed enough to build a great team that handles business operations so that I can be a free man! โฃ

After many failed attempts I now understand what it means to run a โrealโ business, that has employees, pays taxes, and all that jazz.โฃ

I learned how to bring in valuable traffic to our landing pages and convert them into cash, how to hire A-players, how to write business processes and monitor KPIs in order to measure our growth, and much more.โฃ

The most important thing, Iโve done all that with my own cash, I never got $1 from an investor, and Iโm living proof you can achieve success and even faster than me.โฃ

If I were to tell myself from 2017 the biggest mistakes I didnโt know I was making, it wouldnโt be about how to manage the $800k I spent on ads, thatโs not difficult, it would rather be: โฃ

1. Not knowing myself. When I got started, I always thought itโs all about finding a cash-producing business. Thatโs partially true, however, after I started bringing in consistent 70-80$k months, money was no longer an issue. The real issue was the business, because it was a burden to make lots of money but having to spend 12 hours per day working, when my biggest value was FREEDOM. โฃ

2. Not playing on my strengths. I was always trying to copy other successful people. I was not successful because I didnโt know I was unique, and I had to treat myself accordingly. So I took some time to write down what I was good at. I doubled down on that and I hired A Players to handle the rest.โฃ

3. Learning too much and applying too little. I realised my continuous education was worthless because I would constantly learn about life and business, pay for programs, but I would apply less than 5%. So I switched from that to taking in less information, but applying everything that was important, ASAP. Thatโs when I started moving the needle in the right direction.โฃ

4. Realising Traffic is not no1. When I started out, I would often find myself bringing in the right people to the wrong show. I always thought ads are KEY. But thatโs not true. So I checked how useful / what kind of problem my product or service was solving and how good the offer is. I soon stopped trying to convince people and give them endless discounts, but sell something they actually needed.โฃ

In the end, remember itโs all going to be about connecting the dots.. Everything happens for you, not to you. And everything happens for your greater good. If I were to start again, I would just start doing, and learning little by little every day. Thereโs no secret, learn from everyone and soon everything will make sense. If you are honest, transparent and real, you will attract the same people in your life that will cause you to create quantum growthโฆโฃ
