Mykola Kovalenko Studio Graphic design and creative logos, branding, visual identity and communication, product and packagin Mykola regularly participates in international exhibitions.

Design Studio is founded by a famous Ukrainian graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in design. Mykola Kovalenko studied at the Kyiv State Academy of Decorative and Applied Art and Design named after Mykhailo Boychuk. Mykola Kovalenko is an honorary member of the Ukrainian Art Directors Club, a member of the Slovakian Art directors Club, a member of the Ukrainian Graphic Designers Asso

ciation "The 4-th Block" and Czech Brno Biennale Designers Association. During the years, Mykola's works won over 150 awards at international design contests and festivals, including Red Dot Design Award (Germany), Golden Drum (Slovenia), The European Design Awards (Greece), Graphis (USA), ADI Design Award (China), International Poster Triennial in Toyama (Japan), International Triennial "The 4th Block" (Ukraine), Kiev International Advertising Festival KIAF (Ukraine), Golden Bee Global Biennale of Graphic Design (Russia), Poster Quadrennial Bardejov (Slovakia) and others. He often served as a member of the jury at international design festivals in Ukraine, Spain, Russia, Belarus and in many other countries. He also holds solo poster exhibitions in Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland and in other countries. Mykola gives lectures and runs workshops on graphic design. His works have been featured in magazines and catalogues all over the world. Mykola Kovalenko is a creator of many cultural and social projects.

Розробив дизайн пам’ятної монети «Тим, хто врятував світ», присвяченої 40-м роковинам трагедії на ЧАЕС та героям-ліквідаторам.

➡️ На аверсі розміщено напис «ЧОРНОБ», у якому перші дві літери стилізовано під число 40. Це символічно поєднує часовий вимір трагедії з її назвою, а незавершене зображення літери «Б» виконує роль композиційного переходу до реверсу.
➡️ На реверсі розміщено напис «БІЛЬ», який за змістом перегукується з незавершеним словом на аверсі. Він нагадує про страждання, спричинені наслідками Чорнобильської катастрофи, і глибоку скорботу, що назавжди закарбувалася в колективній пам’яті.

Щира подяка ліквідаторам — людям, які рятували світ.
Також хочу подякувати Національний банк України та всій команді, яка працювала над цим проєктом, надзвичайно важливим для мене.
