Portelino started as a foldable crate on wheels and a simple goal: make it look as smart as it works. Our Barney team created the name, laid the brand foundations, and partnered closely with Portelino’s own designers to bring the whole thing to life. The name blends portable practicality with a touch of Italian flair, is easy to pronounce anywhere, and passed all trademark checks. We drew a rounded word-mark that echoes the cart’s curved shell and added a single-line symbol that curls like a handle and points forward. The colour palette stays mostly neutral with charcoal and soft ivory, while a bright pink accent matches the release button and catches the eye on social feeds. We turned the cart’s vertical ribs into a flexible graphic grid for social frames, sticker sheets, packaging linings, and even the logo clear space. Photography keeps an urban, daylight look, always showing the cart in motion or ready to go.
