work we deliver! Our motivated production team provides concept art, modeling, texturing, animation, and programming for projects on all platforms. Our skilled artists are capable of delivering art production for games in a wide variety of genres, including fantasy, sci-fi, sports, cartoon, and more. This is mainly done by our specialist who works with 3D software such as 3ds max, Maya, Unfold 3D, TopoGun, Zbrush, Deep Paint, Body Paint etc. For 2D production we are using Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter. Our animators using 3ds max, Maya and Cat. C++ programmers works with commercial engines such as Unreal, Vision Engine, and are able to learn any internal engine of our clients. 🚀 Gray Zone — Fourth Asset Pack (Unreal Engine Update)

We’re happy to share the fourth asset pack from Gray Zone, now fully adapted for Unreal Engine.

This time, we prepared a fortification set — perfect for building defensive positions, RTS maps, and military-style environments.

The pack includes:

🔹 fortification structures
🔹 defensive turrets
🔹 crates and support props

The goal was simple: create assets that are easy to use in-engine and help build scenes quickly without unnecessary setup.

Everything is optimized for real-time use and designed with UE workflows and lighting in mind.

We’ve just released our third asset pack from Gray Zone, now fully adapted for Unreal Engine.

The idea behind this one was simple — make assets that you can drop into a scene and they just work.

What’s inside:

We’re excited to share our latest update 🙌

This time, we brought new life to the second asset set from our game Gray Zone — turning it into a modular kit focused on ancient ruins environments.

The pack includes:
🔹 79 unique meshes
🔹 modular building elements
🔹 everything you need to create abandoned temple ruins

After importing everything into Unreal Engine 5, the assets immediately felt more alive. Updated lighting and rendering really helped bring out the materials and overall mood.

We’re excited to share our latest update 🙌

This time we brought new life to the assets from our game Gray Zone — refreshing both their presentation and their production potential.

The set includes:
🔹 30 individual objects
🔹 29 modular building parts
🔹 1 large hero building

The idea behind this kit is simple:
give artists the freedom to create a wide variety of building variations quickly and efficiently.

After importing everything into Unreal Engine 5, the assets immediately gained more depth and atmosphere thanks to updated lighting and rendering. We also revisited the original concept art to better match our current visual direction.

💡 A Simple Tip We All Forget

Here’s a quick lesson from our pipeline that’s easy to overlook:

👉 Always test your asset in the engine where it will be used.

We’re currently working on a lamp asset and decided to experiment by baking it without hard edges.
The idea was simple: hard edges need UV seams to avoid artifacts (see image 1), and more seams mean less usable UV space.

At first, everything looked great.
The bake was clean in Blender and Substance Painter, with no visible issues (see image 2).

But once we tested the asset in Unreal Engine, the problem showed up:
⚠️ lighting-related shading artifacts that weren’t visible in the DCC tools (see image 2).

If we hadn’t checked the asset early in Unreal and had jumped straight into polishing textures and hand-edited masks, we would’ve discovered the issue much later — and had to redo those masks from scratch.

By validating the bake early, we were able to adjust the setup in time and get a clean, artifact-free result (see image 3).

Sometimes moving forward doesn’t mean starting over.
Sometimes it means going back — and doing it better.

This time we revisited one of our older concepts from the “Gray Zone” and gave it a proper level up. With fresh eyes, more experience, and a clearer direction, we pushed the idea toward a cleaner, more modern look.

Old concepts can age surprisingly well — if you give them the attention they deserve.
