Job Opening: Trainee AI-Assisted Visual Designer
We are looking for one talented person in Indonesia with strong visual communication skills.
This job is for a visual designer/visualizer who will work with AI tools to create both website layouts and social media graphics.
This is not mainly a coding job. The most important skills are:
Visual taste
Layout sense
Design communication
Attention to spacing, typography, colors, and hierarchy
Ability to follow an AI-assisted workflow carefully
Main work:
Website layout design using Divi
AI-assisted wireframes using ChatGPT
JSON layout generation using Claude/AI tools
Manual correction of layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy, and mobile design
Social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Canva or similar design work
Simple AI-guided video and visual content
Important:
You must be able to communicate in understandable English.
You do not need perfect English, but you must be able to speak clearly, understand instructions, and ask questions when something is unclear.
Working hours:
15.00 to 24.00 WIB
Includes 1 hour break
Hiring process:
Step 1: Short unpaid skill proof test
This test takes around 2 to 4 hours.
You do not need Divi experience for this test.
You will be asked to recreate or improve a website section or social media visual using any tool you know, such as Canva, Figma, Elementor, HTML/CSS, or another design tool.
The purpose is to test:
Visual sense
Layout understanding
Design communication
English communication
Ability to follow AI-assisted instructions
Attention to spacing, typography, and mobile-friendly design
This test is not client work.
Step 2: Paid workflow training period
If you pass the skill proof test, you start a paid workflow training period.
Salary during this period:
Rp3.200.000 per month
During this period, you will learn our Divi, AI, JSON, web layout, and social media design workflow.
Expected time:
A serious candidate with decent design sense should be able to learn the workflow within 1 month.
Step 3: Full trainee salary
After completing the workflow training and proving that you can work with limited correction:
Salary:
Rp4.800.000 per month
Requirements:
Strong visual taste
Good attention to detail
Interest in web design and social media design
Basic HTML/CSS is a plus
WordPress or Elementor experience is a plus
Canva or Figma experience is a plus
Willing to learn Divi
Willing to work with ChatGPT and Claude
Able to self-study and improve
Reliable communication
Good discipline
Comfortable following a step-by-step workflow
