CEO of Humanity Care South Sudan, under this organization he was able to conducted;..Greater Yirol INTER-PAYAM Tournament in Juba (GYIPT) which aimed at marketing the talent of young players & Youth integrity whose its Finals is due to be played on Sunday, 9th April 2023 in Buluk Training Ground.
He concurrently run South Sudan Debaters' Contest, which enhance public Speaking skills among Learners. SSDC brought all Schools across the country together.
Mangar extended his ability to funds Lt. Justice John Wuol Makec Memorial Moot Court Competition which brings all Law students together in the country in order to strengthen legal fraternity in the country. He organized several training as part of youth and women empowerment

Mangaar served as Secretary General of Federation of African Law Students (FALAS,SSD) a continental body of law students in Africa.
Former Chairman of independent electoral Committee of Starford International University Students' Union, he conducted historical creditable, free, transparent and fair elections in history of Starford International University
Secretary General of Ador Youth Development Association (AYDA) where he conducted first ever Community Conference in the history of Ador and thereafter enacted Ador Community Conference Resolution's Report launched last year in Millennium Hotel which marked the first written document of any Association in the community.

Founder of Lakes State Students' Association in Starford International University which is currently working for the benefit and welfare of Lakes State Students
Secretary General and founding member of Starford International University Law Students' Association. He last week exercised peaceful transfer of power after his term elapsed by forming IEC to organize elections. (He is outgoing SG)
