Live Transfers/Appointment Setters!

We are looking for an Live Transfer/Appointment Setter for a Mortgage company, your job will be to ask a few question, depending on the answers you will then transfer the call, set up an appointment for a callback. This is a very simple job to do, however we do need individuals with call center experience (perferably sales/appointment setting or live transfer).

Key Requirements for this role include:
A reliable, high-speed internet service., quiet place to work from, noise cancelling headsets and the need to work.

Schedules as follows: Monday-Friday
Choose your shifts;
7am - 11 am or 2 pm - 6 pm
7am - 11 am lunch 11 am - 2 pm then start the other half of your shift at 2 pm - 6 pm.

English level we are looking for 80% - 100%.

We are looking for an Appointment Setter for a Telecommunications company, this person will provide support to the company’s sales team by cold calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments.

Basic Functions:
Place Outbound Calls.
Send emails to both current and prospective clients, to answer any questions, and schedule meetings with the salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.

Keep Accurate Records of each conversation in the notes section of companies' CRM.

Skills & Qualifications:
Sales Skills (having a basic knowledge of sales principles. Knowing how to garner interest in the product or service that the company is inviting to know more about).

Customer Service Experience is usually helpful for this position.
Data Entry Skills (skilled data entry who can type at a speed with high accuracy keeping records organized)
Interpersonal Communication Skills (both verbal and written forms).

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

Key Requirements for this role include:
A reliable, high-speed internet service.
Proven cold calling - appointment setting experience.

A quick learning capacity of a product or service in Technology (Cloud, Voice, Connectivity, Managed Services, SD-WIN, Security, etc).

Experience using tools such as (PhoneBurner, Freshsales, Salesforce, Hubspot, others).

Guys, so our manager catches this guy on the phone when he's supposed to assisting sellers, acquiring new properties or following up/nurturing leads. Now to be be completely fair, he is one of our top producers on the floor. However this is like the third time this week.
