It has been quite a journey since I first started my creative path back in 2017. What began as a personal interest has evolved into the professional brand I represent today: Homerartwork.
The road has been far from easy. Living and working in a sanctioned location comes with a unique set of limitations—navigating everything from restricted banking systems to the complex reality of being cut off from standard global tools. There have been plenty of moments where the hurdles felt like a wall, but I chose to turn those constraints into a reason to innovate.
My philosophy shifted toward "function over looks," driven by the necessity to build systems that actually work despite these barriers. Whether it's the hands-on precision of mounting creative prints on MDF boards or developing custom scripts like my Golden Ratio Divider for Adobe Illustrator to automate workflows, I’ve had to learn how to merge the technical with the creative to make it all work against the odds.
Looking back to 2017, the biggest change hasn't just been the tools I use, but the efficiency and resilience I’ve built into my process. I’ve spent these years learning that the struggle is part of the growth—every limitation is just a chance to refine the system further and ensure that every project I put my name on is built to last.
This is what Homerartwork is all about now—not just the final piece, but the entire process, the hard work, and the evolution behind it. Thanks for sticking around and being part of this journey.
