Change is inevitable....

Everything around us is subject to change, from clouds to rain, from weather to the seasons, from technology to society. Change is the only constant in life. No matter how much we try to resist, change still comes no matter what.

As the world evolving and we learn more about the world around us, we must adapt and change our ways of thinking and doing things.

Everything is moving forward today and cannot go back in time, what we can do is make the present the best we could and take the wisdom from each experience good or bad and learn from it.

What make a perfect shot....

Often we were told that "practice makes perfect" in fact to achieve perfection is unattainable.

Perfection can sometimes make you afraid to make mistakes, but often times it's the mistakes that make you grow. Through reflection, accountability and learn to do better next time.

If perfection means to win, we maybe find that we learn nothing from winning but we learn a lot from losing. Just don't make losing a habit and strike to be better every single time is essential part of learning process.
