Wrapped up an incredible session at Techsauce on 26 August 2026.
Together with Twilio, 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻 "𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜-𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗗𝗣". And what struck us most wasn't the slides. It was the questions.
We're in an era where everyone is excited about investing in AI. But the real question is: are we spending that money in the right direction? Because investing in AI without the right foundation is just spending faster in the wrong direction.
That's the real conversation happening in enterprise MarTech right now.
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺:
Think of 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗗𝗣 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆, which is the layer that unifies every signal about your customer into one governed data infrastructure the brain can actually use.
Alone, neither works. Together, they close the gap between what a company knows about its customer and what it actually does for them in the same second.
We also walked participants through the engagement and personalization infrastructure that ties it all together — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸: 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
And we went further: a live demo of how to build AI agents on top of the CDP, so businesses can unlock new insights and finally turn their AI investment into real business value, powered by connected memory.
A huge thank you to:
• Ms. Wipawasu Tiapanich, our Consulting Director, for co-leading the session and sharing her practical experience in customer data management
• Mr. William Wilson from Twilio for his Twilio product perspective and the foundations of AI agent building
Grateful to Twilio for co-hosting, and to everyone who joined us live to work through what a modern, composable customer engine actually looks like.
As a Twilio Gold Consulting Partner, this is exactly the work Omega Grit exists for — helping brands move from fragmented data to unified, real-time customer engagement.
Onward.
