🔖 ทำหน้าที่
1. สามารถให้คำแนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหา และดูแล KPI ของทีม
2. วาง Communication Plan วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมดิจิทและข้อมูลเชิงลึกของ Consumers
3. กำหนดกลยุทธ์ดิจิทัลและการสื่อสาร
4. เขียน Creative brief ตามจุดประสงค์ของลูกค้าเพื่อบรีฟทีมงานได้
5. ช่วย Lead ทีมใน Session brainstorm
6. กำหนด Touchpoints หลักทางสื่อดิจิทัลและกลยุทธ์สื่อ เพื่อนำเสนอต่อลูกค้า
7. วางกลยุทธ์ KOL ร่วมกับทีม Social Media
8. กำหนด KPI เพื่อพัฒนาทีมให้เติบโตขึ้นและบรรลุเป้าหมาย อาจมี Training เพิ่มได้
9. นำเสนอรีพอร์ตรายเดือน/แคมเปญร่วมกับจูเนียร์แพลนเนอร์ และแอดมินโซเชียล สามารถวิเคราะห์ Learnings ได้ พร้อมคำแนะนำในการพัฒนางานต่อไป
10. เมื่อจำเป็น อาจจะมีการวางแผนสื่อและซื้อสื่อดิจิตอล

1. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ พรีเซนต์งานได้ในระดับดีเยี่ยม ทำงานกับคนต่างชาติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

-จบปริญญาตรีด้านการตลาด / ธุรกิจ / การสื่อสาร / โฆษณาหรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-สัญชาติไทย สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด) มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี เนื่องจากลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นบริษัทต่างชาติหรือ Global (เช่น Unilever, L’Oreal)
-มีความสามารถในการนำเสนองานต่อหน้าลูกค้า

Key Responsibility:
1.หัวหน้าทีม: นำทีม Planning (ระดับจูเนียร์ 1 คน) และทีม Social Media (3 คน) – สามารถพัฒนาทีม ให้คำแนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหา และดูแล KPI ของทีม
2.วาง Communication Plan วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมดิจิทและข้อมูลเชิงลึกของ Consumers
3.กำหนดกลยุทธ์ดิจิทัลและการสื่อสาร
4.เขียน creative brief ตามจุดประสงค์ของลูกค้าเพื่อบรีฟทีม Creative และทีมอื่นๆ ต่อไป
5.ช่วย lead ทีมใน session brainstorm
6.กำหนด touchpoints หลักทางสื่อดิจิทัลและกลยุทธ์สื่อ เพื่อนำเสนอต่อลูกค้า

Enjoys thinking, analyzing, and strategizing digital and communication plans.
Brainstorms with the team to analyze and define direction and goals.
Presents information to clients.
Analyzes reports.
Prepares briefs for KOLs.
🔖 Profile Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Comfortable working with a foreign boss; able to send emails and communicate in English.
Willing to learn about advertising, media, and new technologies.
Highly responsible, able to work under pressure and within deadlines, and good at problem-solving.
✅✅ Hybrid work: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH.
