The Platform Group is inviting passionate and ambitious fresh graduates who are ready to build their careers in the Creative Marketing Agency industry to join our “Kickstart Your Talent” program and become part of our growing team.

We understand one of the biggest challenges fresh graduates face is the lack of “work experience.” That’s exactly why this program was created — to break that barrier by giving you real opportunities to work on actual projects while being evaluated based on your true ability, mindset, and potential through a merit-based approach.

--Program Overview--

🗓️ 30 Days of Real Action
Selected candidates will join us as Trainees for 30 days, working on real responsibilities and contributing to live client projects.

🖋️ Expert Mentorship
Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with our leadership team and senior mentors who will guide, support, and share real industry experience.

💻 Full-Time Conversion & Real Experience
This is more than a typical internship. If you demonstrate strong potential, problem-solving ability, and a great team fit, you may receive a full-time offer immediately after completing the program.

And regardless of the final outcome, you’ll gain hands-on agency experience and practical professional skills you won’t find in a classroom or traditional internship program.
