Spring Meadows School of the Arts is a separate program from SMA. It’s a full day enrichment program for ages 2-6 years old focusing on creative arts and community service.

Wednesday we learned about honesty. 3 of our counselors performed a skit to help us learn this lesson. Which also included lessons on not judging a book by its cover, standing up for what's right and forgiveness.

Thursday we learned that beauty comes from the inside out. We taught this lesson by using different flower seeds, then discussing what they need to grow and become beautiful flowers. We learned that just like those seeds our beauty comes from the inside and it's what we put in that makes us beautiful because it shines out from us.

Friday we went over all our verses and lessons from the week.

You noticed that your princess received a mirror. Every day in the mirror your princess told herself "Jesus loves me". We talked about that He is with us always and when you look in the mirror to remember that they were wonderfully created by the King of kings. We also sang to ourselves Jesus loves me.

Thank you for letting us love on your sweet princesses this week. They have been a blessing to us!!

Monday- we learned that we are the daughters of The King of kings. We are learning to sign the chorus to Jesus loves me.

Funny side convo-
Camper'"Ms. Candace, my dad is a king not a prince." Me- "That's awesome! Did you know that Jesus is The King of all kings?"
Camper- "You mean he is a bigger king then my dad?" Me- " Yes. Jesus is above all kings"
Camper- " Dont tell my daddy that"

Tuesday- we learned how we should be kind, that our words matter.We are also singing Ephesians 4:32 and hopefully will have it memorized.
