เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการพัฒนาสู่การเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัล ทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญของ NXT ได้ร่วมออกแบบและจัดทำแผน สมรรถนะหลัก (Core Competency) และ สมรรถนะเฉพาะตามลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ (Specific Competency) เพื่อวางรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาบุคลากรภาครัฐให้พร้อมรับความท้าทายในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืน
