បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពអំពីស្ថានការណ៍នៅតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ពាក់ព័ន្ធករណីកងកម្លាំងយោធាថៃបន្តការ បាញ់ប្រហារ និងឈ្លានពានមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា នៅទិសយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងយោធភូមិភាគ ទី៥ គិតមកដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលជាថ្ងៃទី១៣ ហើយ។
ភាគីថៃនៅតែបន្តរំលោភបំពានលើបទឈប់បាញ់ និង«សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ» ដែលភាគីកម្ពុជានិងភាគីថៃបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ស្ថានភាពនៃអំពើគំរាមកំហែង និងឈ្លានពានរបស់ភាគីថៃមកលើតំបន់មួយចំនួនក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យ កម្ពុជា៖
១. ស្ថានការណ៍ជួរមុខនៅសមរភូមិទិសយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ ក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ភាគីថៃបាន បន្តបាញ់ប្រហារមកលើកម្ពុជា៖ គិតចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១៧:00នាទីល្ងាច ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ៧:០០នាទីព្រឹក ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥
- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ២០:០០នាទីល្ងាច ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ យោធាថៃបានបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាមាន់ និងដំណាក់ស្តេច។ រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ៥:០០នាទីព្រឹកនេះទើបស្ងប់ស្ងាត់។
ចំពោះស្ថានការណ៍នៅក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តផ្សេងទៀតមានសភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ប៉ុន្តែកងកម្លាំងរបស់យើងបន្តតាម ដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ជានិច្ច។

- ម៉ោង ៥:៤១នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំបាញ់ចេញពីនាវាចម្បាំងនៅភូមិសាស្ត្រថ្មដា។
- ម៉ោង ៦:០១នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលភូមិសាស្រ្តភូមិព្រៃចាន់។
- ម៉ោង ៦:៥៤នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់ដ្រូនខ្នាតធំហោះរំលោភលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់ កម្ពុជានៅភូមិសាស្រ្តឃុំថ្មដា។
- ម៉ោង ៧:៤២នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ៥គ្រាប់ ចូលផ្ទះប្រជាជនស្លូតត្រង់ ស្ថិតនៅភូមិបន្ទាយមានរិទ្ធ ឃុំគោករមៀត ស្រុកថ្មពួក ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
- ម៉ោង ៨:៤៨នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្សែងពុលនៅភូមិសាស្ត្រជោគជ័យ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
ចំពោះស្ថានការណ៍នៅក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តផ្សេងទៀតមានសភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ប៉ុន្តែកងកម្លាំងរបស់យើងបន្តតាម ដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ជានិច្ច។
សូមធ្វើការបញ្ជាក់ជូនសាជាថ្មីថា គោលដៅនៃការវាយការពារខ្លួនរបស់កម្ពុជា គឺផ្តោតតែលើ “គោលដៅ យោធាថៃប៉ុណ្ណោះ មិនសំដៅលើគោលដៅជនស៊ីវិល ឬទីកន្លែងស៊ីវិលណាមួយឡើយ” ប៉ុន្តែមានតែ ភាគីថៃទេ ដែលបានធ្វើការវាយប្រហារមកលើទីតាំងដែលប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលរបស់កម្ពុជា និងធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជន ស៊ីវិលស្លូតត្រង់កម្ពុជាបាត់បង់ជីវិតចំនួន ១៨នាក់ (ទារក ១នាក់) និងរងរបួសចំនួន ៧៩នាក់ គិតត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ម៉ោង ៦ល្ងាច។
កម្ពុជាទាមទារឱ្យភាគីថៃបញ្ឈប់រាល់ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានមិនពិត ដោយចេតនាក្នុងគោលដៅបង្វែរការ ចាប់អារម្មណ៍អំពីការរំលោភបំពានច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិរបស់ខ្លួនដោយលាបពណ៌កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីយកជាលេស បង្កើនភាពតានតឹងក្នុងគោលបំណងបម្រើដល់សកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានមកលើបូរណភាពទឹកដីស្របច្បាប់ របស់កម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
ម្តងហើយម្តងទៀត កងទ័ពថៃតែងតែយកលេស និងប្រើប្រាស់គ្រប់ឧបាយកល ដើម្បីលាក់កម្បាំងទង្វើ ឈ្លានពានរបស់ខ្លួនមកលើអធិបយតេយ្យ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់កម្ពុជាដោយបំពានយ៉ាងកំរោលទៅ លើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ ទង្វើឈ្លានពានរបស់កងទ័ពថៃមកលើកម្ពុជាដ៏ឃោរឃៅ រួមទាំងការប្រើប្រាស់អាវុធ យុទ្ធោបករណ៍ធុនធ្ងន់ និងមានកម្រិតបំផ្លាញខ្ពស់ដូចជា៖ យន្តហោះចម្បាំង, នាវាចម្បាំង, កាំភ្លើងធំ គ្រប់ប្រភេទ, គ្រាប់បែកចង្កោម, ផ្សែងពុល, ដ្រូនគ្រប់ប្រភេទ និងអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ជាច្រើនទៀត មកវាយប្រហារលើកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសទៅលើជនស៊ីវិល និងបេតិកភណ្ឌដែលជាសម្បត្តិរបស់មនុស្សជាតិ បានបញ្ជាក់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ក្រឡែតថា ថៃគឺជារដ្ឋដែលបំពានច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ជារដ្ឋដែលបំផ្លាញសន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខ មិនត្រឹមតែរវាងជាមួយកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេប៉ុន្តែតំបន់ទាំងមូល ដើម្បីបម្រើមហិច្ឆតាឈ្លានពាន មិនចេះឆ្អែតឆ្អន់របស់ខ្លួនមកលើប្រទេសដែលតូច និងខ្សោយជាងខ្លួនប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
យើងអំពាវនាវឱ្យកងទ័ពថៃបញ្ឈប់ជាបន្ទាន់នូវទង្វើភូតកុហកបោកប្រាស់បំភ្លៃការពិតមិនចេះចប់មិនចេះហើយ ហើយងាកមករកមាគ៌ាសន្តិភាពឡើងវិញតាមរយៈការបញ្ឈប់ទង្វើឈ្លានពានរបស់ខ្លួន គោរពបទ ឈប់បាញ់ដែលខ្លួនបានបំពាន និងអនុវត្តឡើងវិញនូវសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជា និង ថៃ។ កងទ័ពថៃត្រូវបង្ហាញអំពីភាពស្មោះត្រង់របស់ខ្លួនប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព និងសុច្ឆន្ទៈដោយស្តែងចេញ តាមរយៈទង្វើដែលមានការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិឱ្យបានម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ មិនមែនតាម រយៈវោហារស័ព្ទ និងការភូតកុហកនោះទេ។
ក្នុងន័យនេះ កម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ចំពោះការរំលោភ បំពានសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ និងសកម្មភាពឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម សង្គ្រាមខុសច្បាប់របស់ថៃម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតនេះ ដោយទាមទារឱ្យថៃទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការ រំលោភបំពានដ៏កំរោលនេះ។ កម្ពុជាអំពាវនាវឱ្យថៃបញ្ឈប់រាល់អរិភាពជាបន្ទាន់ ដោយដកកម្លាំងចេញពី ដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា និងចៀសវាងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានដែលគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរ ភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់។
សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា គិតរហូតមកដល់ម៉ោងនេះ វីរកងទ័ព និងវីរនគរបាលកម្ពុជាបាននឹងកំពុង បន្តឈរជើងយ៉ាងរឹងមាំ ស្វាហាប់ មោះមុត និងនៅតែតស៊ូប្រយុទ្ធយ៉ាងស្វិតស្វាញតតាំងជាមួយសត្រូវ ឈ្លានពាននៅគ្រប់សមរភូមិទាំងអស់ ក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់ កម្ពុជា។ យើងក៏បញ្ជាក់ឡើងវិញនូវសិទ្ធិស្វ័យការពារដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់យើង ដូចដែលមានចែងនៅ ក្នុងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីការពារបូរណភាពទឹក ដី និងប្រជាជនរបស់យើងទោះក្នុងតម្លៃណាក៏ដោយ។

Updates on the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the case of the Thai military forces continued their armed aggression on Cambodia, in the 4th and 5th Military Region on December 19, 2025 which enters the 13th day:
The Thai side has continuously violated the ceasefire and the “Joint Declaration signed by the Prime Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand” on October 26, 2025.
1. The frontline situation at the 4th Military Region in Oddar Meanchey province: The Thai military continued its attack on Cambodia: From 05:00 p.m. on December 18 until 07:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025:
- From 08:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025 until 05:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025, the Thai military fired artillery shells into the areas of Tamone Temple and Damnak Sdech.
The situation in other areas remains calm, but our forces continue to monitor closely and remain highly vigilant.
2. The frontline situation at the 5th Military Region in Banteay Meanchey and Pursat provinces: The Thai military continued its attack on Cambodia: From 05:00 p.m. on December 18 until 09:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025:
On December 18, 2025
- At 05:28 p.m., the Thai military continued to use drones to drop bombs in the area of Thmar Da.
On December 19, 2025
- At 04:54 a.m., the Thai military fired into the area of O' Phlok Damrei.
- At 05:41 a.m., the Thai military fired artillery from naval warship into the area of Thmar Da.
- At 06:01 a.m., the Thai military fired artillery shells into the area of Prey Chan village.
- At 06:54 a.m., the Thai military deployed large drones violating Cambodian airspace in the area of Thmar Da commune.
- At 07:42 am, the Thai military sprayed toxic gas into the area of Chok Chey village, Banteay Meanchey Province.
- At 08:48 am, the Thai military sprayed toxic gas into the area of Chok Chey village, Banteay Meanchey Province.
The situation in other areas remains calm, but our forces continue to monitor closely and remain highly vigilant.
The Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia wishes to reiterate that “Cambodia's rights to self-defence is solely targeted at the Thai military targets and has never targeted at civilian areas". Conversely, the Thai side has deliberately attacked locations where Cambodian civilians reside, resulted in the deaths of 18 (including 1 infant) and injuries to 79 innocent Cambodian civilians, as of 06:00 p.m., December 18, 2025.
Cambodia demands that the Thai side immediately cease the intentional dissemination of false information. This disinformation campaign is clearly designed to divert international attention from Thailand's violations of international law by falsely portraying Cambodia as an aggressor, thereby serving as a mere excuse to increase tensions and support its ongoing aggression against the legitimate sovereign territory of Cambodia.
Time and time again, the Thai military has utilized deceptive tactics to mask its violations of Cambodia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, in blatant defiance of established international legal frameworks. The Thai military’s systemic aggression against Cambodia characterized by the deployment of heavy weaponry, including fighter jets, naval warships, heavy artillery, cluster bombs, toxic gas, and all type of advanced drone constitutes a direct assault on both innocent civilians and sites of the world cultural heritage. Such conduct identifies Thailand as a state that destroys peace and security, not only between Cambodia and the entire region, but also to serve its expansionist ambitions and aggression against smaller and weaker countries. We demand that the Thai military immediately cease its campaign of systemic misinformation and distortions. The path toward stability requires an immediate cessation of hostilities, strict adherence to the ceasefire, and the full re-implementation of the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand. The Thai leadership must now demonstrate its sincerity, transparency, and commitment to international laws through responsible action rather than hollow rhetoric and lies.
In this sense, Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand's violations of the Joint Declaration and its repeated war crimes and unlawful activities, as well as demands that Thailand must take full responsibility for such brazen violations. Cambodia urges that Thailand immediately stop all hostile activities and withdraw its forces from Cambodia's territorial integrity, and avoid acts of incursion and aggression that threaten peace and stability in the region as a whole.
It is also important to stress that as of now the heroic Cambodian Army and National Police forces will continue to stand strong, brave and steadfast in their fight against the aggressor and always remain vigilant to exercise our rights to self-defence as enshrined in the international legal instruments in the fulfillment of their duties to defend and protect at all costs the Cambodian territorial integrity and people.
