So you want to get shredded ey? I get asked questions all the time, Ryan please help me I want to get shredded. Here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind.
✅ Rule 1 – Shred rule number 1 is diet. This is the deciding factor in your physique, nothing is going to happen if your diet is not correct. It’s perfectly okay to achieve the desired physique you want thought flexible dieting, but this needs to be done correctly so make sure you know/or have someone who knows what they are doing.
✅ Rule 2 – Hydration. I preach the importance of hydration. Hydration is everything, whether you are bulking or trying to get shredded you need to have hydration.
✅ Rule 3 – Weights and Cardio. You need a mixture between the 2 for optimal results. Just doing cardio is not going to be effective enough to get the desired results. Resistance training is crucial if you want to achieve optimal results.

Creo que todo en la vida debe de tener un equilibrio para mantener compensada la balanza.
En este caso tenemos por un lado la salud física tanto como psicologica y en el otro nuestra apariencia física. Esto a veces nos lleva a poner mas peso e importancia a la apariencia descuidando el otro lado para mi personalmente mas importante.
El cuerpo necesita sus descansos, desconexiones, no se "debe" estar todo el año en un punto de competición o fotografia de portada de revista, son estados a los que llevamos nuestro cuerpo rozando el limite, el cuerpo es la herramienta que estará con nosotros y usaremos durante toda nuestra vida por lo que debemos darle caña en el trabajo SI! pero también, limpiarla, engrasarla, darle su descanso...
Ahora yo he bajado la intensidad de los entrenamientos, me quiero dedicar mas a mi familia y el tiempo perdido durante todas estas temporadas con ellos, mis empresas y dejar de tener que delegar trabajo en otras personas y sobre todo descansar el cuerpo y la mente. Quizas mucha gente me critique por hablar así como "Culturista" pero yo este estilo de vida quiero llegar a una vejez larga con la salud de un roble y creo que hasta el mismo ARNOLD portaestandarte de este deporte dejo todo durante temporadas muy largas para dedicarse al cine, publicidad y viajes comerciales a otros paises con Joe y sus empresas... viendo lo visto no le ha ido mal.
Ahora toca equilibrar la balanza y porque no VIVIR Y SER FELIZ!

Stop cutting damn corners man! U hear me, stop cutting corners! That last rep u cheated on, that set u of abs u walked away from, that set of vacuums u put off for tomorrow, that cardio session, that meal u skipped all those things will add up n u will never be as good as u could be if didn't cut corners. Consistency in your effort ( and effort is the only thing u actually control in this fu***ng world bro) will directly reflect on your physique and everything else u want to achieve in life! The difference between your idol, or who u want to be, is the sum of all those corners u cut and days u took it easy... U know I want to be proud of myself when I look back, I want to know I gave everything i had and more n I never left any stone unturned. I'm with u my brothers, Grinding every fu***ng day! Don't cut corners, don't cut damn corners!
