Let’s look at a quick thought experiment: If you give a group of people the exact same size bicycle, some will ride perfectly, others will struggle, and some won't be able to ride at all. 🚲

That is the difference between Equality and Equity.

Standard corporate culture often focuses heavily on Equality, giving everyone the exact same resources. But Equity goes a step deeper.
