TURK'ün kısıtlamalardan dolayı hizmet veremediği içinde bulunduğumuz dönemde, misafirleriyle hem anlamlı hem de özlem dolu bir hatıra paylaşma arzusundan doğan Kintsugi sanatının uygulandığı kaseler hazırladık.
Kusurlu olanı kucaklayan wabi-sabi felsefesine dayanan Japon sanatı Kintsugi, kırılmış olan bir parçayı değerlendirmenin ötesinde; yaşanları olduğu gibi kucaklayan ve her anın değerini bilerek hayatın getirdiği izlerle güzelleşmeyi ifade eden derin metaforlar barındırıyor. TURK'ün misafirleri ile paylaşılan bu değerli konsepti ortaya çıkardığımız için çok mutluyuz.

During the period when TURK could not serve due to restrictions, we prepared bowls in which Kintsugi art was applied, which was born out of the desire to share a meaningful and longing memory with its guests.
Japanese art Kintsugi, which resembles the wabi-sabi philosophy that embraces the imperfect, goes beyond evaluating a broken piece; It contains deep metaphors that embrace the living as it is and express the beauty of life by knowing the value of every moment.
We are very glad to create this valuable concept shared with TURK's precious guests.
