The Future of Adult Education is Hybrid
Adult learners today need learning opportunities that are flexible, accessible, and adapted to their diverse personal and professional commitments. This is why hybrid learning is becoming an increasingly important approach in adult education.
By combining face-to-face interaction with digital learning opportunities, hybrid education offers greater flexibility while maintaining meaningful engagement between educators and learners. When designed effectively, it can support participation, collaboration, and lifelong learning for a wide range of audiences.
Through the HYBREDU project, partners have developed practical resources and educational activities that help adult educators design and deliver engaging hybrid learning experiences. These materials have recently completed their pilot testing phase and will soon be available through the project website.

🚀 HYBREDU Pilot Uygulama Süreci Başarıyla Tamamlandı!

HYBREDU konsorsiyumu, proje kapsamında geliştirilen eğitim kaynaklarının pilot uygulama sürecini ortak ülkelerde başarıyla tamamladı.

Pilot uygulama boyunca yetişkin eğitimciler ve yetişkin öğreniciler, HYBREDU eğitim materyallerini, hibrit öğrenme yöntemlerini ve yapay zekâ destekli eğitim araçlarını test etme fırsatı buldu. Katılımcılardan alınan değerli geri bildirimler, proje çıktılarının son hâline getirilmesine önemli katkı sağlayacak.

Bu önemli kilometre taşı, yetişkin eğitimi alanında daha yenilikçi, erişilebilir ve geleceğe hazır öğrenme fırsatları sunma hedefimize bizi bir adım daha yaklaştırıyor.

🚀 *The HYBREDU Pilot Phase Has Been Successfully Completed!*

The HYBREDU consortium has successfully completed the pilot implementation of the project's educational resources across partner countries.

Throughout the pilot phase, adult educators and adult learners tested the HYBREDU training materials, hybrid learning methodologies, and AI-supported educational tools. Their valuable feedback will contribute to the final refinement of the project's outputs.

This important milestone brings us one step closer to providing innovative, accessible, and future-oriented learning opportunities for adult education across Europe.

💡 Digital innovation in adult education requires not only technology, but also accessible, practical, and learner-centred approaches.

Through the HYBREDU project, partners are working together to support adult educators with innovative tools, hybrid learning methodologies, and digital competences aligned with the European DigComp framework.

The HYBREDU Online Course (WP2) and the Practical Activities Kit (WP3) developed within the project have now been completed and are currently being tested in real educational environments through pilot activities. During this pilot phase, feedback from adult educators and learners is being collected to evaluate the accessibility, usability, and effectiveness of the developed materials.

By combining online learning, practical activities, and inclusive educational practices, HYBREDU aims to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences for adult learners across Europe.

💡 Yetişkin eğitiminde dijital yenilik, yalnızca teknolojiyi değil; aynı zamanda erişilebilir, uygulamaya yönelik ve öğrenici odaklı yaklaşımları da gerektirir.

HYBREDU projesi kapsamında ortaklar; yetişkin eğitmenlerini yenilikçi araçlar, hibrit öğrenme metodolojileri ve Avrupa DigComp çerçevesiyle uyumlu dijital yeterliliklerle desteklemek amacıyla birlikte çalışmaktadır.

Proje kapsamında geliştirilen HYBREDU Çevrim İçi Kursu (WP2) ve Uygulamalı Etkinlikler Kiti (WP3) tamamlanmış olup, şu anda pilot uygulama süreciyle gerçek eğitim ortamlarında test edilmektedir. Pilot faaliyetler aracılığıyla yetişkin eğitmenleri ve öğrenicilerden geri bildirimler toplanarak materyallerin erişilebilirliği, uygulanabilirliği ve etkililiği değerlendirilmektedir.

Çevrim içi öğrenme, uygulamalı etkinlikler ve kapsayıcı eğitim uygulamalarını bir araya getiren HYBREDU, Avrupa genelindeki yetişkin öğreniciler için anlamlı ve etkileşimli öğrenme deneyimleri oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir.

A new phase has started for the HYBREDU project!
Following the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting held in Adana in January, the pilot implementation phase of the project has officially begun.

The HYBREDU Online Course (WP2) and Practical Activities (WP3) will be tested in real educational environments across partner countries. This process will contribute to improving the quality, accessibility, and usability of the developed materials.

HYBREDU continues to support adult educators in strengthening their digital competences and adopting innovative hybrid learning approaches.

🚀 HYBREDU projesinde yeni bir aşamaya geçildi!
Ocak ayında Adana’da gerçekleştirilen 3. Ulusötesi Proje Toplantısının ardından, proje çıktılarının pilot uygulama süreci başlamıştır.

HYBREDU Çevrim İçi Kursu (WP2) ve Uygulamalı Etkinlikler (WP3), ortak ülkelerde gerçek eğitim ortamlarında test edilerek değerlendirilecektir. Bu süreç, materyallerin kalite, erişilebilirlik ve uygulanabilirlik açısından geliştirilmesine katkı sağlayacaktır.

Günümüzün hızla değişen eğitim ortamında, dijital yeterlilikler yetişkin eğitmenleri için vazgeçilmez hale gelmiştir. Çevrim içi öğrenme ortamlarının yönetiminden etkileyici dijital içeriklerin oluşturulmasına ve anlamlı iş birliğinin desteklenmesine kadar, eğitmenlerin öğrenicileri etkili bir şekilde destekleyebilmek için çeşitli becerilere sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.

Dijital dönüşüm yalnızca teknolojiyi kullanmakla sınırlı değildir; aynı zamanda teknolojiyi modern öğrenicilerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayan öğrenme deneyimlerini geliştirmek amacıyla güvenli, eleştirel ve yaratıcı bir şekilde kullanabilmeyi de ifade etmektedir.

HYBREDU projesi kapsamında ortaklar, yetişkin eğitmenlerinin dijital yeterliliklerini güçlendirmelerine ve hibrit öğrenmeye yönelik yenilikçi yaklaşımlar benimsemelerine destek olacak uygulamalı eğitim materyalleri geliştirmek amacıyla birlikte çalışmaktadır. Bu materyaller, Avrupa Dijital Yeterlilik Çerçevesi (DigComp) ile uyumlu olup, günümüz dijital öğrenme ortamları için eğitmenlere erişilebilir araçlar ve rehberlik sunmayı hedeflemektedir.

HYBREDU eğitim materyallerinin geliştirilip test edildiğini duyurmaktan memnuniyet duyuyoruz. Söz konusu materyaller çok yakında proje web sitesi üzerinden erişime açılarak Avrupa genelindeki yetişkin eğitmenlerine dijital öğretim uygulamalarını geliştirmeleri için değerli kaynaklar sunacaktır.
