2. Any enquiry made on Facebook, Email, WhatsApp or on the telephone is an enquiry. It will be treated as such and not considered an actual order placed with Cassims. For an order to be considered an order, see item 1.
3. Once an order is accepted by Cassims, the design will be done and sent for your approval. Unless it's a JOB reprint or a reorder, no job will be produced until it receives the approval from the customer. Exception will also be if the customer provides the artwork for printing.
4. All jobs are required to be paid in full by customer : upon collection/delivery. If Credit Terms are extended to you, then you will be considered a client and no longer a customer. In that case, terms of payment will be printed on your quotation / invoices.
5. Unless permission is granted by Mr. Cassim himself, no credit terms will be extended for any custom-made or printed order.
6. If you are calling or messaging concerning an order which you placed, and did not make a non-refundable deposit to Cassims (which is utilized as a fee for staff to engage in the design or production process) then see point 1.
7. If a job is cancelled by a customer before ANY work is done (design, concept, print, prototype, mock-up etc.) Cassims will refund in full (100%) whatever payment was received from customer (deposit or full payment). Once a job has commenced (at any stage), the deposit of at least 50% of the final job cost becomes non refundable.
8. All jobs will be done within a timely manner. Bearing in mind availability of raw materials, shipping/customs, working conditions and circumstances beyond our control.
9. We do value our customers time and we ask our customers to do the same. This includes but not limited to our effort, raw materials, intellectual property and other resources. These conditions are necessary - as many jobs have been placed, and the said customers after having confirmed all aspects of their respective jobs, either:
1. Failed to collect
2. Failed to PAY for the said jobs collected
3. Cancelled their jobs which were already produced or currently in the production stage.
4. Having paid nothing, choose to walk away leaving us with wasted time, effort, raw materials and other resources. We do value your business, and remind our valued stakeholders we are in business to earn a livelihood for our entire Team. Management - CASSIMS 🙂
