BURGER BUN DOUGH
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp (3 tsp) dry yeast
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar (5–10 min).
2. Add egg, flour, and salt, mix into dough.
3. Knead, then add butter and knead until soft.
4. Cover and rise 1–1.5 hours.
5. Divide, shape buns, proof 45–60 minutes.
6. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
HOT DOG BUN DOUGH
Ingredients
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 large egg
1 tsp salt

4. Rise 1–1.5 hours.
5. Shape into logs, proof 45 minutes.

GARLIC BREAD DOUGH
Ingredients
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
2. Add flour, salt, garlic powder, and butter.
3. Knead into smooth dough.
4. Rise 1 hour.
5. Shape into loaves or sticks, proof 30–45 minutes.
6. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes.
PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast (1 packet)
1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil.
3. Knead until elastic dough forms.
4. Rise 1–2 hours.
5. Roll, add toppings.
6. Bake at 475°F for 10–15 minutes.
CALZONE DOUGH
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast (1 packet)
1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
2. Add flour, salt, and oil.
3. Knead into smooth dough.
4. Rise 1–2 hours.
5. Roll, fill, fold, and seal.
6. Bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes.
