Appreciating Excellent Service in Our 🇹🇹Supermarkets

Anyone who works in FMCG knows one thing for sure: price tags don’t magically stay on shelves. They fall off, get moved, get pulled during restocking, or simply disappear and with thousands of SKUs across every supermarket, keeping shelves priced correctly is a nonstop challenge.

That’s why the role of a scan coordinator is intense. Multiple suppliers, dozens of merchandisers daily, constant price changes. It’s one of the most demanding jobs in the store.

Yesterday at Xtra Foods, Arima we met Miss Mitchell, an employee at the Sign Station who showed us what outstanding service truly looks like.

Even with a heavy workload and endless requests for replacement tags, she remained:

✅ Helpful
✅ Consistently professional
