You don’t need to post video every single week.
For most people, that’s not the smartest approach anyway.
What actually matters is this:
How often does it make sense *for you* to show up?
How often can you communicate well with the people who matter to your business?
Your job isn’t to copy someone else’s posting schedule.
Your job is to find a **cadence** that fits your life, your energy, and your business goals.
For example, when we work with business owners and CEOs, we’re not pushing them to post multiple times a week.
Some show up **once a month** and that’s enough for their goals.
Some post **twice a month**.
Others prefer **once a week**.
All of those can work.
The key is alignment:
→ What are you trying to achieve?
→ How much time do you realistically have?
→ What level of consistency can you actually sustain?
When those things line up, content becomes effective instead of stressful.
So the next time you’re thinking about how often to post, don’t ask,
“What is everyone else doing?”
Ask:
“What works for me, my business, and my goals?”
That’s where a real content strategy starts.
