If you wish to complete an order, please send the info listed:
*1. First, please let us know: Your Graduation date:*
We must ensure that we have enough time to process your order. Processing time for most items is 2-8 weeks before needed (and some can even take a couple of months depending on the amounts and type of items. Deadline for accepting most orders are minium 2 week is dependent on your Graduation date and the scale of the items needed. *(Important: For TOBAGO ORDERS):* If you are contacting us from Tobago, please ensure to let us know you are from Tobago. And add atleast 2 weeks of inter-Island Transit and Delivery time in addition to the order processing time.

Also Note: We are in Tabaquite...we do Nationwide courier delivery.

3. *Then let us know your order descriptions:*
List your items, Amounts, Colors, customization info, etc. _Please Note: All editing info must be sent in Copy-Pasteable form ie Names etc (that is typed out here or in a doc) ._ . *..NO captured photos of information will be accepted.*

4. *Confirmation:* We must confirm with you if we are able to accept and fulfill your order in time. And on both of our confirmations. We shall then issue an INVOICE with your payments/downpayments and payment info. Please allow 1-3 days for the invoice to be made and sent to you.

5. *Downpayments.* Please pay attention to the invoice details. We have a minimum downpayment policy for orders over $100, and it's based on your total balance for your order, as some items are more costly than others.
*Only when your minimum downpayment* is received can we move forward to process your order.
